We ship through USPS and UPS to ensure dependable delivery. If you place multiple orders in a single day, feel free to email us — we’ll do our best to combine your orders and refund any additional shipping charges.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delays with carriers are outside of our control. If your package experiences a delay, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Haven the Label. If something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit for eligible returns so you can find something you truly love.
All returns are issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and intentional care we pour into every order — a standard many online boutiques share and value.

To qualify for a return:
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
* All original tags must be attached
* Items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, and any signs of wear
* Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery

Final sale items — including swimsuits, accessories, and discounted styles — are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you your store credit so you can shop again when the time feels right.
